Umm I pull on my beard when it gets long enough, lets me know when its time to shave lol. And if I have a pen or nintendo stylus I hold onto it with my mouth a lot :/
When I'm doing algebra I have to sing the equation, and the steps to complete the equation, as well as the numbers, and the buttons I'm pushing on the calculator. Apparently I sing in an opera-like manner, and very loudly, too.

i have a thing where i just get a HUGE surge of energy and i just have to use that massive energy surges :P so i can end up running around the apartment, headbang for 2 hours straight or just sit and sing along on every song i listen to xD my mom is very close to kill me sometimes...
also.. if i have to concentrate, like in FPS/RTS i have to have something to chew on, may it be plastic, metal just SOMETHING :P
and i do as potato_chips, pulled the beard :P
