Steam or Capcom digital download from Capcom store?

I'm trying to find DD that don't make patch/update to install automatically, unlike Steam does.

This is a myth, when you install a game on steam, simply right click on it in your library, go to properties, click the updates tab, and from the drop down box select DO NOT KEEP THIS GAME UP TO DATE.

Steam forcing you to update your games is a myth, it simply downloads what is the latest version at the time of download, you can turn off updates if you're desperate enough to.

Already done with COD: Modern Warfare 2, I just disabled the automatic update but turned back to enabled without let me know so I noticed this game is downloading and I was like what then found out that automatic update is return to enabled on their own.

There is no retail version of game in North America so I need one to use no DVD crack.

I just want know if any DD works with no DVD crack, just need rid of game scanner.

Strange, only does that for me if I completely uninstall and then reinstall Steam again after having formatted Windows.

As for your problem of using a NoDVD forget about it, just buy it on steam like everybody else, and use the Steam trainer like everybody else. It works fine, the crew at CH work to get around gameguard and similar checks so noDVD's arent necessary.
