That doesn't sound right :/
When CHU 5.0 was introduced, GD was limited to 100 pages. Anything past that was deleted and is constantly being deleted for new topics. All those deleted posts took away from your profile's amount of posts, but not from your avatar post count. Basically, the more posts that you used to have in old GD, the less active posts you will have now.

Total Board Posts: 4980
Total Blog Comments: 1980
Grand Total: 6960
I am sure it reaches to 7000, considering the face many threads got deleted in which I posted.
Deleted posts stick with your overall post count. The only way posts can be deducted is through penalties.
Well what about OTD board posts. I guess they would consume some of my pages.

@LM: What I am trying to say that many OTD threads have been deleted where I had posted. These posts don't count, but the pages of my posting history gets decreased. Same applies to deleted blogs or blogs of users who are now banned. Get the point?
Ohh... I get it.
While deleted GD and title specific posts still count towards your overall post count, there's no way to know how many OTD posts you've had that were deleted. (because there's no way to track OTD post count outside of your post history, and deleted posts don't show up there). Neat.
According to the above method I have:
Blog posts: 366
Board posts: 2,716
Total: 3,082
GD: 3,572
OTD: -856
