Yea, no matter what I eat or how much of it, I can't gain anything lol. But I dont look like a skeleton thankfully.

For 172cm (5'7'') 65kg-68kg (141lbs-150lbs) is pretty good. I am 182cm (6') and i weight 78kg (172lbs).

I would go by "sports" standards. What that means is once you're really good at a sport (or physically demanding hobby like Martial Arts) you like, I'd consider your body on being fit.
