Thanks for the advice guys. I'm going to try to eat better (although school lunches aren't "healthy" at home we tend to eat vegetables and lean meat (grandma is trying to help her liver). Also what is creating powder. What's in it and what does it do? Because my grandpa has some laying around here (dudes 56 and still has daily routines!!!!) and I wana know if it's healthy for me to take. thanks!
