DABhand, I bet you Guild Wars 2 will set the new standard. It is the most anticipated MMO.
I used to have GW (3 campaigns and GWEN) but even that got boring too quick, having a level 20 cap back then and limited to what you could do doesnt make for a long lasting MMO.
Well you get what you pay for technically, GW2 has taken too long, and not sure if it will be a big thing that many expect.
Its like FF14, I gave my beta access to toreo, cause jesus it was boring lol... Its the first MMO that mass copies mountains and trees, WoW did it with some caves etc, but jesus FF14 takes the biscuit and the combat system is horrible. So there ya go even that was going to be something special but turned out to be poorly designed, and of course the infamous spelling mistakes >.<
For GW2 we will have to wait and see, but I don't think I will be buying it now, if it came out earlier then perhaps I would have.

That stands for The Old Republic to. I prefer they take time to polish the game and bring new ideas rather than making a generic mmo that will die after open beta.

The Lego one will. For serious.
Dhampy just flushed this topic down the toilet.
You guys were off topic anyway. You two were talking about the fate and logistics of the MMO section of the gaming world, whereas the original topic was merely asking what you guys thought about the game....which I still have not received an opinion on...
At any rate, Knights of the Old Republic is amazing. That is all.
Edit: Okay, so I did get one opinion. I didn't see Dabhand's post at first.

I gave an opinion. I said that even though it was free, I didn't think the game itself was good enough to warrant any of my playing time.
