Personally, I squeeze from the middle, but then I put the cap back on, and squeeze from the end so all the pasty goodness will be in the front.

The end. What you do also ends up with the same shape the tube takes.

Generally the middle, although when the tubes getting a little empty I press from the top but squeeze up the scraps from the bottom.

I don't squeeze my toothpaste. There is a can version (like a deodorant can) for lazy people like me where you just push down and toothpaste comes out.

If it's full I squeeze it from the middle. If not, I start from the bottom and end up at front.
