I'm growing a beard, therefore saving the electricity I would use to shave. Unfortunately, the power company is expecting me to shave, so they are generating the power for it anyway so it's being wasted. And because more coal is being burnt in Wisconsin for energy, a mountain will collapse due to over-mining in West Virginia, shifting the continental plates and causing a ripple effect which will cause a magnitude 10 earthquake in California, separating LA from the continent, which will then become a prison island for the undesirables. Unfortunately, Thrawn and a certain female friend of mine will be killed. But their lives are totally worth the beard.
