I agree with the complaint. I used to look every so often to see what kind of stuff they have for sale, or demos and whatnot, and there was always so little that I just stopped looking.I'd use it more if they had more, or better, stuff. All I've ever gotten from it are the extra stuff packs for Madden 10 and NCAA Football 10--the stuff they charged an extra $15 for that should have been included. Stuff like player progression or proper opponent scouting. But that's not PSN's fault, that's EA exploiting gullible people like me. But I will give PSN the nod for allowing you to buy something straight up. Unlike Microsoft which makes you but points in increments that never add up exactly to the cost of what you want to buy.
