The only build so far I've seen that is infinite HP is the HQ. Also pistols won't hurt the infected, Assault Rifles seem to though and player Squads do have Infinite HP now but there's some weapons that just dont effect the Hordes.

enemy squads and my own are invul, so they stalemate shooting each other for ever or until i coin flip, turn hp off and see who wins
but building hp is working for me 😁

I isolated the player team from the infected and I tested it multiple times,the issues you're experiencing is highly likely game bug and has nothing to do with the trainer.
