Game just been installed and it is a new save, editing the values doesn't stick and I have to use the padlock to keep the values and the author of the trainer suggests not doing that.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Like I said the values don't stick but if you wanna keep saying that it works fine because of no update request then ok, just looking for help or trying to notify you that the trainer isn't working because I can't request any trainer updates due to not being a lifetime plus member, been a lifetime member for over 10+ years yet I can't even do something like request something as simple as that.

Lifetime plus membership is not required to make an update request. It was tested by a non lifetime plus member.
I tried and was told only lifetime plus members could request an update from the onscreen message i got?
