seams the cheat is active for enemy too.

The problem happens to the enemy ship, "speed, turn, hull" I see this point, also other ship has that.
I have added you the file save, you need the option already active because i save already in battle, for me, the other ship has the "speed, turn, hull" active, so you can give some damage but after 1 second return back again full, (P.s. some ship gain more damage so you can kill, but only if you provide instant full damage, if not they return as full again)
game compleatly crashes also when you use crew cheat in sea battle .If you leave it off game is good to go so sails ship speed ship turn working great but like I said soon as you turn on crew cheat crash to desktop .TY for all your hard work
Do you have a save game that Devil could get to look at?

Which options exactly? I need more details with a save game right exactly where this happens please.

After retesting with every key off but one at a time I went down the line of all cheats this was my bad I forgot I changed my key bindings over and it is NOT the crew but SHIP HEALTH that is causeing the crash .As soon as a single cannon ball hits your ship from any enemy ship game crashes to desktop.My ship health key is on num4 so to test this . I turnd every other cheat/key off but num4 and zoomed in while in battle and went into the slowest mode posible to see what was realy going on and yes . 4 times tested as soon as a canon ball hits your ship from an enemy game crashes to desk top again sorry for the miss tell before about the crew ,Crew if fine its ship health sorry for that Devil. I guess what I can do if you help me out Devil is give you my save that ive been using to test . because any save before wont help because this is a RESTART of the stroy mode so im in the beggining of the game and this is my 2nd sea battle if that makes since hope this all helps again sorry Crew is fine

As I noted before Devil needs a save game to look at this and fix it. Until he has one were he can replicate this we can't get it fixed.
He also requested a good instructions on how to replicate, which it seems you have here.
Saves should be here: Steam/steamapps/common/Caribbean Legend/SAVE
Post that here and Devil will look at it when he gets time.
